My 5 Anti-Anxiety Apps

These are the 5 anti-anxiety apps I use the most on my phone when I am struggling with my anxiety:


Meditation Application. It even has an S.O.S section for anxiety attacks. All sessions are 10 minutes. You can use it almost anywhere.


Music heals. There are millions of songs on this application. I built numerous music lists based on moods and it does work.


Laughsmartphone-1894723_1920ter is the best medicine. Sometimes you just need to change your mind, turn it off, or just need some laughter in your day. Youtube is a great source with funny, fails and prank videos.


Keeps my mind busy.The goal of Sudoku is to fill a 9×9 grid with numbers so that each row, column and 3×3 section contain all of the digits between 1 and 9. I find that concentrating on numbers and routine keeps my mind from wandering too much. The puzzle game can also help improve concentration and logic skills.


Getting home sooner than later. Traffic can be a great source of anxiety. Getting the best route with real-time help from other drivers helps greatly. We’ve tested it time and time again and was rarely disappointed.
