These are the 5 application I use the most on my phone when I am struggling with my anxiety:
Headspace – Meditation Application. It even has an S.O.S section for anxiety attacks. All sessions are 10 minutes. You can use it almost anywhere.
Spotify – Music heals. There are millions of songs on this application. I built numerous music lists based on moods and it does work.
Youtube – Laughter is the best medicine. Sometimes you just need to change your mind, turn it off, or just need some laughter in your day. Youtube is a great source with funny, fails and prank videos.
Sudoku – Keeps my mind busy.The goal of Sudoku is to fill a 9×9 grid with numbers so that each row, column and 3×3 section contain all of the digits between 1 and 9. I find that concentrating on numbers and routine keeps my mind from wandering too much. The puzzle game can also help improve concentration and logic skills.
Waze – Getting home sooner than later. Traffic can be a great source of anxiety. Getting the best route with real-time help from other drivers helps greatly. We’ve tested it time and time again and was rarely disappointed.
