Have you ever felt like you are constantly in a fog you can’t escape from? Do you always seem a bit disoriented? Do you feel like your life is one big jumbled up mess? You might be experiencing brain fog.
Since I have been diagnosed with Graves Disease and Hyperthyroidism. I have learned a lot about the symptoms. Although I have lived with these feelings for a long time, I was never able to identify them as a brain fog before.
I recognise it now. The brain fog I’m experiencing this morning is really intense. I feel completely disoriented. I am struggling to follow simple conversation. I forgot what I was looking for, I couldn’t see what was staring me in the face, I forgot I had made myself breakfast, I forgot my pills and now I’m at work. Yep, it’s going to be long day if this fog doesn’t let up.
