Deadly shootings

The United States has seen numerous deadly shootings over the last 25 years.

Why is it that when a person of colour commits multiple murder, they are immediately assumed and presented as a terrorist on our media, but when it’s a Caucasian, it is immediately assumed and presented a poor misunderstood lone soul with mental issues? It’s racism pure and simple.

The definition of terrorism is deliberately targeting civilians with the aim of instilling fear. This is what happened in Las Vegas when a 64-year-old man murdered more than 58 people and injured over 500 more. The driving force behind the action doesn’t change that this was a deliberate act on civilians to instill fear and chaos. If the shooter would have been a foreigner they would have never been “careful” in calling it an act of terror.

The worst part of it all is now that time has passed, we are now learning that this “quiet” man was actually mistreating his girlfriend. It’s interesting to see that all of these terrorists and yes, I am using this term even if the media won’t, have a history of domestic violence?
