Let’s add more adventure to our lives

So many people are afraid of how they will feel if they step outside the lines.

I have to admit that my current lifestyle isn’t very adventurous. It seems that between health issues, parenting and having pets, adventure isn’t a priority in our lives anymore. Do not get me wrong, I’ve always been the type to settle down, lay plans, make lists, but there was a time when I would go off on mini adventures on regular basis and it felt great.

Aventures give us opportunities to learn and grow. This may shock some people, but learning is a key component in happiness. As someone who struggles with depression and anxiety, I really should strive to be more adventurous.

I still dream of taking off one weekend with my husband on a road trip with no pre-defined destination.
