Respecting yourself makes you a better person

If you’re the type to complain all the time, to belittle others to make yourself feel better, to fall in gossip or over the top hard judgment, it’s maybe because you do not like yourself.

Just taking care of yourself, doing actions that are in line with your values, learning to respect who you are, will allow you to refocus and you will no longer need to worry about what others do or think. The opinion of others will no longer matter to you.
