Random Acts of Kindness

Today marks Random Acts of Kindness Day.

Have you ever done a good deed for someone? Can you think of something particularly generous you did to help someone who really needed it? Do you treat everyone you meet with kindness?

The idea is to help one person, expecting nothing in return.

Kindness can spread from person to person to person. It has unlimited potential to travel and to touch lives. Just one small act of caring can sometimes make all the difference in the world. Give a little love and watch lives transform, including your own.

Simple acts of kindness inspire others.

We may not be able to change the world in one day, but we can make a change in one person’s life

We’re on this planet for a microsecond. We might as well be a good human. When people come together and recognize our shared humanity, amazing things can happen. It’s so wonderful to see how kindness inspires more kindness!

“We live in a world in wich we need to share responsibility. It’s easy to say, ‘It’s not my child, not my community, not my world, not my problem’. Then there are those who see the need and respond. I consider those people my heroes.” – Fred Rogers.

It isn’t difficult to be nice to people. It can be as simple as complimenting someone’s clothing or accessories.

Every single one of us is going through something. Let’s all do something to lighten up someone’s burden or brighten someone’s world.

The best part is that being kind to others makes us happier. We all know that getting a compliment feels good, but giving them has its benefits too. It makes us feel just as good. Because people like to be surrounded by positivism, those of us who give compliments tend to gain friends and repair damaged relationship more successfully than others.

“There is nothing more beautiful than someone who goes out of their way to make life beautiful for others.” – Mandy Hale

So the next time someone gives something to you, think about how you can pass the kindness forward. When you give you’re giving to more than one person!

I love hearing from you!
