Laughter is truly the cure

When anxiety or depression hits, find some quick humour by visualizing fails or scare pranks on Youtube or checking out a comic strip from a newspaper. There are even apps you can download to get your funny on. The idea is to laugh and get out of your head.

I am therefore making this promise to myself to laugh hardest when life is most challenging.

  1. I watch episodes of the Late Show and the Daily Show online, and try to be very intentional about using it as a way to inject lightness into my day.
