There are a few things I didn’t know was due to my anxiety disorder. For example:
- I am constantly hot.
- I go sit on the toilet at work. I’ll be there for a bit, just sitting still.
- I start tapping my foot or shaking a leg.
I am trying to work with my anxieties rather than let them get the better of me.
