Generalized anxiety disorder: Excessive and uncontrollable worry about upcoming events or everyday things
If you know someone with anxiety, please don’t do these top 10 things:
  1. Don’t ask them what else could go wrong. Something can always go wrong and there’s nothing like the imagination of a anxiety sufferer;
  2. Don’t text them saying that you could crawl under your desk and cry and then not respond when they ask “what’s wrong?”;
  3. Tell them if you are going to be late. Don’t go radio silent.
