Professional Worrier

As many of you already know I have general anxiety. Understanding anxiety is the first step to recognizing and dealing with the fears and thoughts that constantly play in your mind.

Worrying is an emotion of a projected future, one that has no guarantee of occurring. Yet sometimes it can freeze you in place.

communication-1991851_1920When you write your worries down, it seems funny to give something that much energy with no guarantee of it even happening. Yet, I do this regularly and I know I’m not the only one.

Spinning thoughts and worry create a heavy energy that can weigh you down and crush you.
