It’s okay to be vulnerable

It’s okay to be vulnerable. It’s much healthier than bottling it up all inside and ignoring the emotions that you are feeling. Crying doesn’t mean your weak. It’s a sign that you are overwhelmed.

Did you know that crying is a very healthy thing to do? It relieves stress, eases pain and cleanses your eyes. Cry, scream, tell people everything you are feeling. If you are crushed, say it. Leave it all out there.Never be afraid to cry.

Confide in a good friend. If you have no one, talk to me.
