Tell them like it is. Bear responsibility. Take power back.
It’s okay to get mad. Don’t keep it all inside. Say it with your eyes. Say it with your actions. Say it in your head. Say it out loud. Say it by walking away. Say it however you want, just make sure you say it.
Say it when you are overlooked. Don’t stay in the shadows. Make yourself visible.
Say it when you are being disrespected. Say it when someone doesn’t treat you the way you know you deserve. Do not let people walk all over you. Make sure the person knows they crossed a line and need to step back.
Say it when you are being judged. It can hurt when people judge you badly. Don’t let them make you feel ashame or keep your head down. You are allowed to get mad. You are allowed to say your truth.
Say it when someone puts their hands on you in a way that you don’t like. We can’t let fear make silence us. Say it. Make sure the person you are saying it to hears you loud and clear.
