Practicing gratitude help you build your resilience

One of the single most effective practices for resilience is keeping a journal of gratitude. Most guides will tell you to notice 3 good things every day and reflect on them.If that is too difficult, start with 1 good thing. There is no harm in starting slowly. It will get easier.

Cultivating gratitude improves our mood, and makes us more willing to help others.
