If you are having a bad day or feeling stressed, concentrate on your breathing. It doesn’t have to be full on meditation. Take some deep breaths. Relax physically and mentally. Concentrate on feeling better.
Remember, no one has it all figured it out, no matter how perfect their lives may look from the outside. We’re all just learning as we go. Concentrating on your breathing. Concentrating on the inhale and exhale movement. It will help sooth our nerves. Make sure that your breathes are moving your stomach and not just your chest.
Calming music can also help. It can work like white noise, blocking the sounds around you so you can more easily concentrate on your breathing.
