Some days it is necessary just to clear the diary to make more time to relax rather than do things that will make you feel stressed or add to your exhaustion. So why do we feel guilty about resting if it’s necessary?
We need to forgive ourselves. Resting will make the day flow better and easier on your sanity. It also help you heal and avoid flare ups.
Our needs do not exist or change by others evaluation of them, so why do we feel so much guilt? People’s judgment shouldn’t affect us and let’s get real, often we judge ourselves much more harshly than anyone else.
It’s time to let go of the guilt and take care of ourselves.
