Take care of yourself

Take care of yourself, then you can take care of others. In an airplane, if the masks fall, you have to wear your own mask before helping your child. In the same thing in life, if you are emotionally or physically exhausted, you will not be able to take care of anyone.

Living in a messy house  as a parent is difficult to accept. It can also play on your mood. The problem is that cleaning is just not worth the use of the little energy you have when you are battling illness.  You have to use it to look after yourself, physically and mentally. Cleaning must pass in second place.

I’m so sorry for sharing so many posts about chronic illness. I just want someone to know what I’m going through. I also want to share information and show support for those who do know what it’s like to battle a chronic illness.

I love hearing from you!
