Never apologize for saying no

Never apologize for saying no. Although strong people generally often make time to lend a helping hand when needed, they know their limits and aren’t afraid to say no to requests that will spread them too thin. They are comfortable and confident in their decisions and understand that at the end of the day, they answer only to themselves.

You should also never apologize for saying no. Women are often warned that saying no can be dangerous, or keep you from the job you really want, or that you will be single for the rest of your life. That’s isn’t true. Everyone men and women are allowed to say NO. Say it to friends, boyfriends, bosses, and the pushy salesperson at the shopping centre. Own it. You have the right to say “no” and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

I love hearing from you!
